Virgin 0% Credit Card [virgin credit card] [breach]

Question: Hi

I have just telephoned Virgin charge card. I applied for their charge card 4 time ago.

Before I ACTUALLY applied WE checked my credit report and it went back with your 999 credit score.

I' m pretty good at paying my consumer credit back however am fifteen pounds throughout my minimize. However I have never missed a cost in 5 many years.

They said that if I is 1p in excess of my limit which i was within breach of my credit limit and that will therefore will not let me possess the card. If i run this existing greeting card below that limit for six months then they probably will.

Is it again a subject of desktop computer says certainly no?

Anyone also had an experience of this particular?

The lovely lady at Virgin said they did in no way use credit scores.

I' m looking for a credit card accompanied by a decent appeal free time – obviously one that uses credit ratings . would end up good.

I haven't much applied for a credit card for 5 numerous years. Reply: If you are over a limit, then your score in the real world won' t be 999.
Not that it matters, as Credit score company aren' t lending the money.

Reply: That phone number is all very nice, but every different company uses its own credit score procedure.

You may not have poor a paymrnt, but if you' re through your limit that would suggest you had been more from a risk than if you weren' t!

Best Answer:Yes, you won't have to pay interest on the amount that you transfer to the Viring card, however there is usually a transfer fee which is either a percentage of your balance or £50 – £75. If you have a high interest rate on your NatWest card and you will pay more than £75 in interest between now and when you plan on paying off the card, then it's well worth the move.
If you are going to pay the amount off very quickly, then it might not make sense to do the transfer.
However, getting new lines of credit can also be good for your credit as long as you use them responsibly.
